MAKE-UP CLASSES / FLUTE CHOIR REHEARSALS

For the group classes and flute choir rehearsals, instructor will not make up any missed classes or rehearsals. If a student misses a final rehearsal of the concert for both group classes and flute choir, student will not be able to perform the concert. If a student misses more than 2 classes/rehearsals in a semester, student cannot perform the concert.

MAKE-UP LESSON

If the student is ill and need to cancel a lesson, 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a make-up lesson, otherwise make-up lesson will not be given. Lessons or classes missed by the students will not be made up except for the illness.  No refund will be given for missed lessons. Any lessons that are missed by the teacher will be made up and if the teacher is unable to make up a lesson, the missed lesson will be credited to the next term. 

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your registration at any time with 30 days written notice. The unused portion of the tuition fees after the 30-day notification period will be refunded to you. The registration deposit is non-refundable.

Students who arrive late will only receive the remainder of their lesson/classe/rehearsal.  It is recommended to arrive 5 minutes early to take instrument out, practice warm-up and be ready to start on time. 

Learning a musical instrument takes time and effort of both students and parents. Consistent amount of practice makes the progress and progress makes students continually enjoy their lessons. It is important for parents make time and help students to practice consistently and regularly.
